1.1. This Offer is a proposal to enter into a contract under which the Partner may act as an agent to promote and sell travel services organized by the Offeror under the brand travelwith.pro.
1.2. “Services” refer to private tours, transfers, excursions, and other tourism-related experiences.
1.3. By accepting this Offer, the Partner enters into a binding agency agreement under the terms stated herein.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Partner undertakes to promote and sell the Offeror’s services to end clients.
2.2. Specific service terms (pricing, itinerary, dates, commissions) shall be agreed individually via email or messenger.
2.3. The Offeror shall provide the services to the clients referred by the Partner, as agreed.
3. Acceptance of the Offer
3.1. The Offer is considered accepted when:
- the Partner refers a client with a specified travel program; or
- the client makes a payment via the payment link or invoice issued by the Offeror.
3.2. Acceptance implies full agreement to this Offer and recognition of it as a legally binding agreement.
4. Obligations of the Parties
The Offeror agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the services.
- Fulfill the services as per the confirmed program and schedule.
The Partner agrees to:
- Promote the services in a professional and honest manner.
- Avoid misrepresentation and follow confidentiality and reputational standards.
- Inform the Offeror of referred clients upon request.
5. Commission and Payment
5.1. Commission shall be agreed for each case and confirmed in writing.
5.2. Payment of commission is made after the client’s full payment and completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. Service reports may be issued upon request.
6. Liability
6.1. The Offeror bears full responsibility for providing the services.
6.2. The Partner acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for service quality or performance.
6.3. Claims must be submitted in writing and supported by documentation.
7. Term and Termination
7.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely until revoked by the Offeror.
7.2. The Offeror may update the Offer at any time. Continued cooperation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7.3. Either party may terminate cooperation with 7 days’ notice.
7.4. Termination does not affect ongoing obligations regarding confirmed bookings.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Offer constitutes a binding contract in electronic form and does not require a physical signature.
8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be settled in court.
